🥟 Chao-Down #130 Meta releases Llama 2, Microsoft brings Bing Chat to the enterprise, Authors protest AI companies to stop using their work without permission, A deeper dive into Elon Musk's xAI

Plus, a new LLM called WormGPT is released as a ChatGPT alternative with 'no ethical boundaries or limitations.'

A lot of big product news yesterday!

Aside from the many partner announcements from Microsoft’s Inspire conference and the enterprise versions of Bing Chat, one that caught many people’s attention was the announcement from Meta of the open-source release of Llama 2.

This new large language model is reported to be the best among the open-source alternatives and it is commercially friendly for developers to use! Several companies including Microsoft and Qualcomm are now looking to use these models on edge devices like Windows machines and cell phones.
