OpenAI just rolled out a flurry of updates to their ChatGPT models making them a lot more capable.

In addition to a larger context window for gpt-35-turbo (16k tokens), OpenAI also has given the model the ability to call functions! For developers, this is a very welcome feature as now they can more reliably program against ChatGPT with their own code.
