Is OpenAI about to have its App Store moment?
People who have already been building their own GPT assistants have already started to receive notice that OpenAI will be launching the GPT Store next week.
Since announcing the product during the company’s developer day, the public reception to GPTs has been quite strong as it allows anyone to create a specialized digital assistant through a simple, no-code interface.
The community has certainly embraced it with lists collecting people’s favorites like the “20 Best Homework GPTs for College Students in 2023” (studyx.ai). Now the GPT Store will put all those things under one central place.
How will the market respond to the GPT Store? We’ll see next week to find out.
