Has ChatGPT become lazier during the winter? Some users are starting to notice responses from the chatbot were statistically shorter in December than in other months.

Reportedly, the chatbot refusing to do some tasks or returning simplified results. OpenAI admits that it's an issue, but it hasn't figured out why it is. It might be that just like how the workplace usually slows down in December, ChatGPT might now be going on its own winter break.

Maybe these AI are a lot more similar to us than we thought…
