In a statement on how wide-ranging and accessible modern AI tools have become, Salesforce recently released research that found that the majority of Gen Z are power users of generative AI.

The report “Generative AI Snapshot Research: The AI Divide” surveyed more than 4,041 people 18 or older across the US, UK, Australia, and India regarding their AI usage. Those in the younger cohorts (millennials and generation Z) were found to be the predominant users of the technology, with 58% saying they use Gen AI to make informed decisions.

Salesforce concludes:

"Gen Z is paving the path for generative AI. It saves time, keeps them organized, and is considered fun to use."

Are you using generative AI? The next generation is.
