If NVIDIA’s quarterly results proved anything, it’s that AI demand is real and growing!
Yesterday, NVIDIA reported second-quarter results that blew past its own revenue guidance and surpassed all of Wall Street’s expectations. They even indicated that next quarter would continue the acceleration.
In just one quarter(!), Nvidia's revenue reached $13.5 billion, more than doubling last year's second-quarter revenue due to a 171-percent growth in its data center business. Net income grew to $6.2 billion in the past quarter amounting to a gross margin of 70 percent. A large reason for that was the insatiable demand for GPUs.
If you’re building in AI, what a time to be alive.
